I live in a busy city and didn't think a book about nature could make much difference. I was wrong. These guided journeys helped me slow down, breathe, and reconnect with myself. Even when I couldn't get outdoors, the visualizations were incredibly calming.
I never though this would happen to me. I taught my children the value of family. I had no idea how to cope with the pain, or how to fix the situation. I wish someone had handed me this book years ago. It helped me stop blaming myself for everything and start focusing on what I could control, my own healing and future.
Kandi Shand reminds readers that while we can't always change our family circumstances, we can still build a meaningful, fulfilling life. That message gave me strength when I needed it most. These reviews are written in a natural style that mirrors the kinds of feedback readers often leave for compassionate self-help books dealing with grief, family
The romance felt genuine instead of forced. The characters had real emotional baggage, and watching them slowly trust each other was just as satisfying as the steamy scenes.
I adore a brooding alpha with a soft heart, and Piper Ward delivered exactly that. The hero was protective without being overbearing, and the heroine was strong enough to challenge him every step of the way

Dace History
Dace Publishing, Inc. operated in America during the
1980s and 1990s as a specialized, niche-market publisher based out of Quinique,
Virginia. They were known for producing targeted non-fiction guidebooks.
During the 1990s, Dace Publishing, Inc. primarily
focused on expanding its signature "Basic Guide" Breed Series
for dog owners and breeders. Operating out of the Charlottesville and
Ruckersville areas of Virginia, the independent press utilized authors and
editors like Kandi Sterling and Michael R. Zervas to capture a niche market of
highly specific non-fiction references.
In and Around Charlottesville
is actually the explicit title of a regional guidebook published by Dace
Publishing, Inc. (1993). It
served as a comprehensive regional travel, history, and community guidebook for
Albemarle County during the 1990s. The local project was spearheaded by editor Kandi
Sterling and writer Catherine Spicer, who operated out of the Ruckersville
office to produce both regional guides and novelty titles.
Many
of their books became Library Bestsellers and various Dace books were listed on
the Library Bestsellers list almost continuously throughout until 2002.
We aren’t just saying we have a
long history in book publishing. ALL of the above information was copied
directly from the Google Search Engine and we are proud of it.
The
partnership of the editors was dissolved in 2002. Kandi Sterling began
researching the new look of the publishing industry and did some independent
publishing until 2021 when Michael
Zervas passed and Dace Publishing reverted to Kandi Steling, who is the editor
in chief today.
